Multiple people were injured in a shooting at the Grand Sierra Resort on Monday morning. People are asked to avoid the area. The Reno Police Department (RPD) responded to the report of an active shooter at the Grand Sierra Resort at 7:25 a.m. on July 28. Police found the suspect within 4 to 5 minutes, and an officer-involved shooting occurred outside the valet. Authorities say the suspect, who was only identified as an adult man, was transported to the hospital, and there is no threat to the public. No word on the suspect's condition has been released.
