Hi everyone! Here’s a quick tour of the Sky River Casino in Elk Grove, California. The Sky River’s Official Grand Opening was on Tuesday August 16, 2022. This has been an anticipated venue for quite some time and it is finally open! The official opening was supposed to be sometime in September, but surprised all of us opening a whole month early! Some facts of the casino, it has 100,000 sq. ft. of gaming floor space, has over 2,000 slot machines, and over 80 table games. It is said that 500 more machines will be added later in the future. Mine and Claryssa’s favorite are Dragon Link, Lightning Link, and Top Dollar. With remaining extra land, the casino will eventually add a family/friendly resort. Located in the center of the casino is a bar/lounge. It’s pretty spacious and has very comfortable seats. After all that gambling, you’ll probably be very hungry, There are currently 17 bars/restaurants, with one of them being a high quality, high end steak house called SR Prime Steakhouse. The Market at SkyRiver is like a food court which includes a variety of foods ranging from Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Mexican and so much more.
