I'm happy to say the over the top luxurious buffet is back and is located just a bit off the strip at the M Resort located in Anthony's Prime Steak and Seafood Restaurant. A beautiful space with great hosts and servers, and of course the great seafood and streaks buffet style! But only offered on Sundays and limited to a certain number of guests to ensure all their guests receive their high quality of service and attention. And what does a luxurious buffet offer? Immediately the mountain of buttery roasted lobster tails catches the eye! But turn slightly to the right, and there is a mountain of fresh crab and shrimp the size of your hand. Turn left, and there you'll see a meat station with the most tender prime rib and rack of lamb one has ever tasted. And next to these meaty goodness? A Beef Wellington is freshly carved and to reveal a perfect medium rare ... Gordon Ramsey would be proud. It is nice to see Vegas running on all cylinders with the return of these grand buffets, and while not as large as the ones from the Wynn and Caesars, the quality and service is unbeatable.
