Esta varianza, como he mencionado anteriormente, es la suerte a corto plazo que existe en las apuestas deportivas (u otras inversiones, o profesiones como el trading o el poker). Tú puedes hacer apuestas con EV, pero eso no significa que vayas a ganar 100% seguro, estamos hablando de apuestas que tienen más probabilidades de suceder de lo que piensan las casas de apuestas, no estamos hablando de partidos manipulados. Y por tanto esas apuestas se pueden perder, imagina que tiras una moneda (puede salir cara o cruz), y si tiras 10 veces la moneda debería de salir 5 veces cara y 5 veces cruz, sin embargo sabemos perfectamente que puede salir 7-8-9 o incluso 10 veces el mismo resultado. Pero si tiramos esta moneda 100.000 veces, por pura probabilidad los resultados tenderán a asemejarse al 50% de probabilidad, es decir unos 50.000 resultados para cara y cruz. De este pequeño texto podemos deducir que a corto plazo si existe la suerte o la varianza en las apuestas deportivas, pero a largo plazo esta se reduce drásticamente. Los pasos a seguir para una buena gestión del bankroll en las apuestas son los siguientes: 1.- Establece un presupuesto inicial o como se conoce en las apuestas Bank 2.- Divide tu presupuesto en unidades, estas unidades se puede ajustar según un porcentaje del bank total. El porcentaje más recomendable es un 1%, aunque también se podría llegar a un 2 o 3%. Más de eso no lo recomiendo ya que aumenta el riesgo de pérdida 3.- Ajustar tus unidades a medida que pasa el tiempo. Esto quiere decir que tras un día apostando y resolviéndose las apuestas deportivas que has realizado tu bank ha podido subir o bajar. Antes de ponerte a apostar, establece un nuevo bank, y así cada día. También lo puedes hacer cada apuesta, cada 2 horas, o cada 3 días. Cuanta más frecuencia realices el ajuste de la banca para las apuestas menor riesgo tendrás. Un ejemplo, empiezas con un presupuesto de 1000$, y divides en unidades del 1$. En este caso por cada apuesta podrás apostar un total de 10$.
