Hey! Thanks for checking out my 'How To Audition In Los Angeles' series! I'm posting all of my audition videos back from the start of my acting career up til now just so that I can show you and up coming actors all over the world what the audition process looks like especially here in LA. Well I have done over 650 video "self-tape" auditions and several hundred "in-person" auditions over my 20+ years pursuing an acting career here in Hollywood. So now I want to be completely transparent about my entire audition process and how I record my video auditions. Some of my auditions I think were great and some of them I think could've been a lot better! However the whole point is to get better and better with each audition and not to beat yourself up over any audition whether you did or didn't get the part. A lot of actors want to be perfect with every single audition but always remember this; It's not about perfection it's about progress! Don't get emotional about not getting the part just do the audition, love the process, have fun with it and enjoy the journey! That's the only thing you can control. Do Hollywood but don't let Hollywood Do you! They turned me down for 95% of the roles that you see here in this YouTube series. Hollywood told me that I was "too pretty for the role" and so now I'm building my own Hollywood and I'm starting by building my own multimedia company in order to bring the substance and more inspiration back to entertainment.
